Ngondro DVD

An instructional DVD featuring the retreat master from Thrangu Rinpoche's Namo Buddha Retreat Centre in Nepal. Lama Karma Wangdu gives step-by-step instruction for each of the four foundational practices, including the complete sadhanas. It features explanation and commentary by the Venerable Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche and H.E Tai Situ Rinpoche and an aspirational prayer by H.H the 17th Karmapa. The DVD includes tibetan transliteration and english translation, along with practice loops for each section.
